Eilat has a strong background in entrepreneurial initiatives, leading innovation, business development, M&A and investments in IoT, SW, data, fintech and cyber spaces for both startups and global corporate.
She has established and headed Kimberly Clark’s Global Digital Innovation, leading new ventures and disruptive consumer-centric innovations across USA, EMEA, APAC & Israel. Acknowledging the opportunity to bring innovation to consumers’ everyday life, Eilat has nurtured unique collaborations between corporations across different industries and
geographies to promote breakthrough digital solutions for the benefit of consumers all over the world.
Prior to Kimberly Clark, Eilat built and led a global Open Innovation framework for the Telecom Industry, and was a strategic innovation advisor to over 40 service providers and media companies. She took an instrumental part in shaping digital and innovation strategies for large corporates such as AT&T, Singtel Group and Vodafone including establishing successful innovation centers and new business lines to drive profitable growth.
Passionate about innovation, entrepreneurship and ecosystem culture, Eilat was named in 2019 as one pf the top 100 heads of Corporate Venturing units and has served on the advisory board of Global Corporate Venturing Israel chapter. She is an active judge and mentor in leading accelerators, strongly promoting women entrepreneurs, an advisor to emerging tech companies and speaks regularly on industry forums and events.
